The model agrees to sign the contract:

• The model consents to the salon using photos and videos taken during and after the procedure.
• The model commits to attending the correction procedure at the agreed-upon time.
• The correction procedure will be carried out according to the standard price list.
• The shape and color of the permanent makeup will be chosen with the model’s input, but the final decision will be made by the professional.
• The model agrees to adhere to all post-procedure care instructions.

Requirements for the model:

• Age under 35 years.
• No previous permanent makeup.
• Light and thin natural eyebrows.
• Skin free from allergies or redness.
• No moles in the area where the permanent makeup will be applied.
• A mandatory consultation in the salon before the procedure is required!
